SOME OF OUR WORK BEFORE AND AFTER
Living in San Diego in 2012 I found estate sales had a lot of leftover items after a sale that still had a purpose. I started buying out leftovers of estate sales. In 2014 I moved back to MN, I started Kindred Estate Sales. I quickly found that in order to best service our clients and the environment, I would need to start a clean out business to ensure quality items found good homes rather than ending up in landfills. In 2018, Urban Up was born out of this promise to deliver superior service to our clients while offering customers a fashionable and sustainable alternative to purchasing new items. In 2020 in response to the limited capabilities due to covid we grew into online auctions. In 2023 we stopped hosting estate sales in person, and committed to only online auctions as a response from the high demand of selling collections. In 2024 we stopped offering online auctions due to the increasing demand of our affordable clean outs.
